The Jersey Mike’s Subs team will be working overtime at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) annual RECon conference May 20-23, 2012, in Las Vegas, providing attendees with a genuine Jersey Mike’s experience. At Booth S494Q (located in South Hall 4), the company is recreating a Jersey Mike’s restaurant complete with bantering sub makers -- and most importantly, the slicer.  The team will fresh slice sub sandwiches on the spot, planning to serve 30,000 pieces of authentic East Coast-style subs during the show.  

Jersey Mike’s is at the event seeking top locations to open new restaurants in markets across the country.

Jersey Mike’s, recently named one of the five franchises you need to invest in by The Street, is continuing its record-setting growth, already opening more than 30 restaurants this year.

Last year, Jersey Mike’s had record unit growth of 15%, opening 69 new restaurants in new and existing markets.  In addition, the company awarded 76 new territories, partnering with multi-brand, multi-unit franchisees as well as providing expansion opportunities to existing franchise owners. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s now has 650 restaurants open and under development nationwide.
