PREIT SIGNS DEAL WITH DSW AT CAPITAL CITY MALL IN HARRISBURG, PA
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - May 16, 2012 – Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT/NYSE:PEI) signed a lease with DSW Inc. to open a 17,400 square foot store at Capital City Mall in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. To accommodate the leading branded footwear and accessories retailer, 5,000 square feet of retail space is being added to the mall. A 2013 opening is anticipated.

Capital City Mall (www.shopcapitalcitymall.com), located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, is the dominant shopping mall in the Harrisburg region. Anchored by Macy’s, jcpenney, Sears, and Old Navy, the center features nearly 100 national and regional retailers including Aéropostale, American Eagle Outfitters, The Children’s Place, Crazy 8, Express, Hollister Co., The Limited, Men’s Wearhouse, New York & Company, and Wet Seal.
